Merit Awards

The Aricent Group recognizes sustained contribution to the company’s business, overall excellence in one’s area of work, and commitment to the Aricent vision and value system.

• Annual Achievement Awards are given for excellence in engineering and non-engineering functions.
• Strategic Business Unit Excellence Awards are given for excellence in Engineering and Business Development functions at the SBU level.
• The Presidential Awards are given for achieving overall excellence in an individual’s area of work and demonstrating extraordinary contribution.

Longevity Awards

We are pleased to celebrate employees’ long association with the organization through longevity awards.

• First Anniversary - Employees who complete a year of service in the organization are recognized by their local management with an Aricent keepsake and congratulatory email.
• Fifth and Tenth Anniversary Celebration - Employees are rewarded with a plaque, certificate, and cash reward after five and ten years of employment.
