Communication and feedback
Communication is a key element to making the Aricent experience consistent
for our 8,000 employees worldwide. We have created several programs to
facilitate employee communication throughout the organization:
Quarterly staff meetings
These company-wide webcasts keep employees updated on the company’s projects,
milestones, and goals, and provide employees an opportunity to offer
suggestions, ask questions, and share ideas.
Skip level meetings with senior management
In order to give employees visibility with senior management, employees meet
twice a year with their manager’s manager. This provides the opportunity to
discuss the business, technology, or any other work-related issues that may
affect the individual’s or company’s performance.
Discussion board
This intranet-based discussion board provides a forum for employees ask
questions, share advice, or collaborate to solve problems with Aricent’s
worldwide community of employees.
Events
Celebrating our important days and regional festivals create an event-filled
annual calendar at every location. We celebrate the company’s anniversary on
Aricent Day (October 26th) across all our locations with games,
contests and other on-site activities. Aricent offices worldwide also recognize
their local holidays with Aricent Fests, which coincide with
local celebrations.
Corporate Social Responsibility
Going beyond business to make a meaningful contribution to the society
through the education of underprivileged children and youth is the guiding
philosophy of the corporate social responsibility initiatives undertaken by
Aricent.
iCAN Program
Aricent employees can participate in the iCAN program, which brings employees
together to enhance the quality of life of the underprivileged through
education. Members of the club devote their time to interacting, counseling and
educating children coming from economically challenged backgrounds.
Give, Rejoice and Share Program (G.R.A.S.P)
This is an online program wherein employees pledge a certain amount of their
salary towards the community initiatives. This amount is directly deducted from
their payroll.
Aricent also participates in a range of other activities like marathon runs,
blood donations camps, and collection drives on a local level.
