We have introduced an Employees' Club, which encourages employees to pursue their personal interests. The various activity groups at Ukraine Aricent are:

• English Speaking Club: English Speaking Club meets to to practice their English in an informal setting and discuss various topics.
• English Movie Club: English Movie clubs are conducted for employees once a month. Watching movies allow employees to improve pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, and speaking. Movie club members have a great opportunity to share ideas, discuss interesting issues and learn about lifestyles and culture of English-speaking countries. Clubs are conducted either by English trainers or by club members under English trainers’ supervision.
• Football Club /Basketball Club: Our sports clubs sponsor football and basketball games and tournaments, giving employees the opportunity to be a “star” athlete at Aricent.
