are encouraged to pursue educational and academic programs that help in their
career growth. Each employee has an annual Performance Review and can reckon on
annually Personal Development Plan with possibility of salary revision.
Working hours, holidays: The average working hours at
Aricent are 8.00 hours per day, 5 days per week – from Monday till Friday
including. However, employees can opt for flexible working hours, provided, it
does not affect business needs and project requirements. Each employee who works
in Company more than half a year is entitled to 24 calendar days of annual
vacations (broken into 2 parts, taken twice a year).
Wellness and fitness programs: We organize various programs
to help employees manage their stress and keep themselves healthy:
- Medical Insurance: Our Insurance Company is the leader at the
Ukrainian insurance market and proved to be a stable company with 17-years of
experience. It is the first Ukrainian Insurance Company that received
International Quality Certificate ISO 9001:2000. The insured are coordinated by
medical specialists who organize medical service in all regions of Ukraine.
Moreover, problems with health can be quickly solved by twenty-four-hour
telephone hotline at any place in Ukraine.
There are several packages which are granted to employees after six months from
the date of joining depending on the employee’s grade. All employees are
supposed to have a annual medial examination and undergo certain medical tests.
All new employees have to provide the same information in case of joining the
Company.
- Fitness reimbursement is available to our employees after three
months of joining the company. We also have two mini-football teams (in Kiev and
Vinnitsa), and we sponsor mini-football championships twice a year.
Trainings and seminars: Each employee has the possibility to
participate in trainings and seminars (both in Ukraine and abroad) on customers’
requests. Employees are encouraged to attend corporate trainings in order to
improve their technical and non-technical skills.
