Working hours, holidays: The average working hours at Aricent are 8.00 hours per day, 5 days per week – from Monday till Friday including. However, employees can opt for flexible working hours, provided, it does not affect business needs and project requirements. Each employee who works in Company more than half a year is entitled to 24 calendar days of annual vacations (broken into 2 parts, taken twice a year).
