The largest of Aricent’s offices, Aricent India provides a variety of benefits to employees and their families.

Self Development: Employees are encouraged to pursue educational and academic programs that help in their career growth.

Retirement Benefits: Retirement benefits include provident fund and gratuity.

  • Provident Fund: Aricent has constituted a Trust for the efficient administration of the scheme. Loans or advances under the scheme are governed by the rules and clauses of the Provident Fund Act, as applicable.
  • Gratuity: The Company provides gratuity benefits to all its India based employees. An employee becomes eligible for gratuity benefits under the scheme after completing five years in service. Gratuity is equivalent to 15 days of basic salary for each completed year of service (a month means 22 days for the purpose of calculating gratuity). Gratuity is payable on retirement from the service or separation from the company or in the event of death. The age of retirement at Aricent is 60 years.

Working hours, holidays and leave: The average working hours at Aricent are 8.25 hours a day, 5 days a week –Monday to Friday. However, employees can opt for flexible working hours, provided, it does not affect business needs and project requirements.

Wellness and fitness programs: We organize various programs to help employees manage their stress and keep themselves healthy. The primary objective of such programs is to promote health awareness amongst employees. As part of such initiatives, a variety of topics on health and wellness are discussed. We have created an interactive section in our Intranet to address various concerns on physical health and mental wellbeing. The site is regularly updated with informative articles on health and related subjects. Employees also share useful health tips, online, among themselves. Apart from these, health talks by qualified doctors on how to prevent lifestyle and stress related diseases are the regular features at Aricent.

Insurance: All employees are covered under a comprehensive group insurance plan from the time of their joining. The personal accidental and life insurance policy covers the employees against death or physical disability due to accidents. The group insurance ensures that the employees along with their dependent family members are fully covered.

Training – New Engineering Graduates

PRISM is a specially-designed technical and behavioral program designed to give new graduates the skills they need to take on live projects. PRISM has been developed by Nalanda, Aricent technical training school, and is based on the Techno-behavioral Leadership Framework (TLF) of the company.

Lasting 9-13 weeks, PRISM employs a multitude of proven training methodologies to build hands on skill sets and expertise in the following areas.

  • Programming languages
  • Data structures and algorithms
  • Operating systems and computer architecture
  • Computer networks
  • Software engineering
  • Programming tools
  • Key behavioral competencies

As the name suggests, PRISM takes students from different disciplines, from pure computer science to non- computer/ IT disciplines such as civil, mechanical and the like, and give them the skills they need to become software engineers.

Training – Non-Technical Leadership Training

Academy One is designed to develop professional competence and leadership excellence.

Professional Competence
This training focuses on developing soft skills such as interpersonal and communication skills, social skills, and the ability to mingle and work in a multi-cultural environment across the globe. The Professional Competence wing of the academy helps our employees continuously enhance their business and soft skills.

Leadership Excellence
The development of leadership qualities is critical to the success and growth of our business. The primary intent of the leadership excellence program is to provide a clear view of process of business engagement in the organization, which includes marketing, sales, and business development. The most important aspect of this training is to develop people management skills to accelerate the delivery of our products and services to our clients. The Leadership Excellence wing of the academy helps our leaders to become well-rounded functional and enterprise managers.
